Using a gym can be a great way of maintaining and improving your health and fitness, and can also be an important part of rehabilitation following an injury or illness.
Our gym facilities offer a modern, bright and friendly environment in which to exercise, with an array of cardiovascular equipment as well as weight machines, free weights and ample open space for mat work.
However, using our gym also gives you access to the expertise of our physiotherapists and fitness experts, who will work with you to help you achieve your personal wellbeing goals in the quickest but most importantly safest way possible.
Unlike other gyms, we don’t require any kind of joining fee or contract. All members pay a set monthly fee and can cancel their membership at any time.
Personal Training – all new members will receive an induction to the gym as well as a personalised training programme based on their health and fitness levels, personal goals and lifestyle.
Weight loss support – maintaining a healthy weight at which you feel comfortable is important to your overall health and wellbeing. Our professionals have the expertise to help you lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way through a combination of nutritional advice and exercise, offering encouragement and support every step of the way.
Rehabilitation support – if you have suffered an injury or illness, the gym can play a valuable role in your recovery. Our physiotherapists will work with you to establish the safest way to get you back to full fitness.
Top of the range equipment – our gym offers all of the equipment you would expect of a modern gym, with experts on hand to show you how to use it.
Friendly environment – using a gym can be intimidating, particularly if you are new to this type of exercise. Our gyms offer a professional yet relaxed and supportive environment in which to improve your health and wellbeing; we welcome members of all ages and levels of fitness.
