Our feet, ankles, lower limbs and back are our gateway to an active lifestyle but often the most neglected part of our bodies. We put a significant strain on our lower limbs; high levels of activity, our age, or just the demands of daily life can lead to a range of injuries and conditions.
When do I need to see a Podiatrist?

What are biomechanical conditions?
Biomechanics analyses how your body behaves under stress and strain. We apply this knowledge to the feet to understand how they function and move. Poor functioning can have knock on effects for the rest of the body such as ankles, knees, hips and backs. Due to their position, the feet also have to compensate for poor function or posture higher up the body which can manifest itself as pain and cause strains or injuries.
